Café Chef – ZANA Luxury Escapes

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality café food as per ZANA standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, presentation and quality.
• Handle daily mise-en-place and smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor food stock, wastage and portion control.
• Support menu development and introduce creative café offerings.
• Coordinate with the service team for timely order execution.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
• Relevant experience in cafés, hotels, resorts or premium restaurants.
• Good knowledge of café cuisine, snacks, breakfast and beverages.
• Creative, hands-on and quality-focused.
• Strong teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
