Pickers are responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing customer orders from warehouse shelves. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and teamwork to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and pick items as per order lists.
  • Ensure accuracy in quantity and product selection.
  • Pack and prepare items for dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Report stock discrepancies to supervisors.
