Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable home appliances based on their requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Demonstrate products and provide accurate information to support purchase decisions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising at the store.
• Generate sales through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, competitors, and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with store staff and brand representatives to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow company and store policies.
