Key Responsibilities

• Process Quality Control: Manage daily QA activities, including raw material testing, in-process checks (emulsion and esterification reactions), and finished goods release.

• Complaint Handling: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to adhesives and inks using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools like 5-Why and 8D, ensuring effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.

• IMS & Audit Compliance: Maintain plant compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Lead audit readiness and ensure zero major non-conformances (NC).

• Team Leadership & Reporting: Train QA/QC team members on testing and process controls, analyze quality trends, and prepare management reports to reduce batch deviations.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Production, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve first-time-right batch success.
