BYS Event Management Pvt. Ltd. is a growing startup in the event management sector. We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional who can build the business from the market and take ownership of events from business generation to successful execution.The person will be responsible for bringing new clients and events, developing proposals, planning events, coordinating vendors and teams, managing budgets and ensuring successful on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire corporate, government, institutional and private clients.
• Build and maintain a strong client and business network.
• Identify new event opportunities and convert them into business.
• Prepare event concepts, proposals, quotations and budgets.
• Plan and manage events from concept to execution and closure.
• Coordinate with vendors for stage, fabrication, sound, lighting, LED, branding, décor, hospitality and logistics.
• Manage client meetings, negotiations and approvals.
• Lead on-ground event execution and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage event budgets, costs and profitability.
• Build and manage a reliable vendor and service-provider network.
