The Tech Products SDE – will support the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of in-house and actively developed technology platforms. The role involves hands-on exposure to live applications, ERPs, and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with product, development, and operations teams to understand system behaviour, identify gaps, and support scalable product evolution.
This role is designed for freshers with a strong core technology foundation and the aptitude to grow into product, business analysis, or techno-functional roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Application Testing
- Perform functional and basic non-functional testing on in-house and ongoing product builds
- Test live applications and ERP systems to identify bugs, usability issues, and process gaps
- Validate product behaviour against requirements, workflows, and user scenarios
- Business Analysis & Documentation
- Understand system architecture, data flows, and application logic
- Assist in preparing requirements, user stories, test cases, and process flows
- Translate business needs into functional inputs for technical teams
- New Product Development (NPD) Support
- Support UAT, regression testing, and feature validation during NPD cycles
- Share structured feedback to improve product stability and performance
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business users
- Track issues, validate fixes, and support post-deployment checks

- Quickly learn product architecture, tools, and enterprise platforms

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Analytical
- Strong understanding of core development concepts (SDLC fundamentals).
- Working knowledge of database schemas, data structures, and system flows.
- Ability to understand product behaviour, dependencies, and edge cases.
- Basic familiarity with ERPs, web applications, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility & Experience
- Background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, BCA, or related fields
- Academic or project exposure to software systems preferred
