Key Responsibilities

  - Visit customer locations for washing machine service and repair.
  - Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
  - Handle servicing and repair of washing machines.
  - Identify issues related to motor, PCB, drainage, inlet, spin, and other components.
  - Perform installation and maintenance work.
  - Explain repair/service details to customers.
  - Handle tools and spare parts carefully.
  - Follow company safety and service SOPs.
  - Update service status through the company mobile app.
  - Maintain professional behavior and cleanliness at customer premises.

Eligibility

  - Minimum Qualification: ITI Electrician/10th / 12th Pass.
  - Experience: Minimum 6 months relevant experience required.
  - Age: 18–45 years.
  - Vehicle: Bike/Scooty and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
  - Skills: Basic smartphone knowledge; good customer-handling skills preferred.
