Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CRM functions, MIS reporting, and ERP operations.
• Handle client queries and ensure 100% daily updating of client responses.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
• Identify and develop potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit offers and quotations to prospective clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update feedback and progress for every lead.
• Support business development activities and monitor lead conversion.
