We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship to develop high-quality educational content and support curriculum development. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, content creation skills, and the ability to simplify financial and entrepreneurial concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship programs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teacher manuals, student workbooks, worksheets, and activity sheets.
• Create presentations, assessments, quizzes, assignments, and question banks.
• Design project-based learning activities, case studies, and real-world financial scenarios.
• Research and update content based on current financial trends, entrepreneurship practices, and educational standards.
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, plagiarism-free, and aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with academic, training, and product development teams.
• Review and continuously improve existing learning materials.
• Support training sessions, workshops, webinars, and academic initiatives.
• Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Personal Finance, Budgeting, Banking, Investments, Insurance, Taxation, Digital Payments, and Entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NEP 2020 and Financial Literacy initiatives.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create engaging, student-friendly educational content.
