Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, guest house, or facility management preferred.
• Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and MIS reporting.
• Willingness to travel between assigned guest house locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned guest houses.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of all areas.
• Manage housekeeping, kitchen, cooking, and support staff.
• Ensure quality, hygienic, and timely food service for guests.
• Handle guest requirements, complaints, check-in/check-out, and room arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, duties, grooming, and discipline.
• Maintain inventory of groceries, toiletries, linen, cleaning materials, and other supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and purchase requirements.
• Conduct regular guest house inspections and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain guest, stock, attendance, maintenance, and expense records.
• Prepare and submit daily/monthly MIS and operational reports to management.
• Visit multiple guest houses as required and ensure smooth operations at all locations.
