 Key Responsibilities:- 

• Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

• Enter orders correctly into the POS/order system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure the correct dishes and quantities are served to the right customers.

• Check customer satisfaction during the meal and respond to requests.

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave.

• Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glasses, napkins, and other required items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
