Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned business targets and ensure timely repayment of the assigned portfolio.
• Conduct area surveys and acquire new customers.
• Perform physical verification of customers and their households.
• Handle loan disbursement, repayment collection, and overdue recovery.
• Complete MIS entries and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist the Branch Head with branch administration and daily banking transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop relationships with local key persons, including Municipal/Gam Panchayat representatives and other community opinion leaders.
