We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. You will set up and operate equipment, monitor performance and check finished products to make sure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Machine Setup: Prepare, calibrate, and adjust machine settings before starting a production cycle.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials or parts into machinery to keep production running smoothly.
• Operation & Monitoring: Oversee equipment during operation to spot issues and maintain steady workflow.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished workpieces using measuring tools (such as calipers or gauges) to detect flaws.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, fix minor mechanical problems, and report major faults.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of production data, output counts, and defective units.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep the work area clean.

Requirements & Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read technical manuals, instructions, or blueprints.
• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic skills to measure and calculate dimensions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, precision, and product quality.
