Job Purpose:
To provide efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining hotel service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables as per hotel standards.
• Ensure proper mise-en-place and cleanliness of the service area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Assist with buffet setup, banquets, events, and other F&B operations as required.
• Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures where applicable.
• Support the team in achieving guest satisfaction and departmental targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 12th pass / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant F&B experience may apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and guest-oriented approach.
• Well-groomed and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
