Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through databases, referrals, online platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Generate and qualify leads based on defined business requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update a pipeline of prospective MFD partners.
• Conduct basic research on prospective partners to understand their profile and business potential.

2. Tele Sales & Partner Engagement

• Reach out to prospective MFDs through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Introduce the company's mutual fund distribution opportunities and explain the key benefits and requirements.
• Understand prospects' initial requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline.

3. Onboarding Support

• Assist prospective MFDs with the initial onboarding process.
• Address basic queries related to registration, documentation, eligibility, and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process where required.
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.
