· Key Responsibility:- 
 
        Create and edit CNC and VMC programs.

·       Hands-on expertise in G-Code and M-Code programming.

·       Set up CNC / VMC machines independently.

·       Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and inserts.

·       Optimize machining parameters (Speed, Feed, Depth of Cut) for high precision and efficiency.

·       Experience in working with various engineering materials like Aluminum, Steel, Brass, MS, SS.

·       Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and dimensional tolerances as per engineering drawings.

·       Perform inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.

·       Troubleshoot machine issues and programming errors.

·       Reduce cycle time and improve productivity.

·       Ensure zero-defect production and minimize rejection.

·       Maintain daily production reports and machine maintenance logs
