A creative agency in sports managing the creative and execution requirements for the Indian Pickleball League (IPBL) is hiring for multiple roles.

Job Roles

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
• Develop graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, banners, posters, and presentations.
• Understand project requirements and convert ideas into creative visual concepts.
• Maintain brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, layouts, and visual style.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver design projects.
• Review and improve designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create visual designs for posters, banners, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts according to project requirements.
• Design branding materials, including logos, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and graphics to communicate ideas effectively.
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual content.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Prepare final artwork for digital platforms and print production.
