Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers for loan products.
• Conduct field visits and assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Collect and verify KYC and required loan documents.
• Process loan applications and coordinate with the credit team for approval.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely disbursement of loans.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor loan repayments and support timely collection of installments.
• Maintain customer records, daily reports, and MIS.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support business growth.
