Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise village-level activities and support Seva Pratinidhis.
• Ensure SHG meetings, loan processes, and documentation are properly followed.
• Monitor field performance and report progress to Project Officers.
• Identify gaps and support group formation and recovery activities.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
