Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

• Unload incoming pallets and verify quantity, part number, and material condition. 
• Carry out material checking, labelling, and GRN entry in the system. 
• Store materials in designated locations following FIFO/lot-wise requirements.

Material Issuance

• Pick and issue materials to production as per requirements. 
• Perform barcode/WMS scanning and ensure system and physical quantity accuracy. 
• Follow FIFO and maintain proper material traceability. 

Outbound Operations

• Pack finished goods boxes as per customer requirements. 
• Arrange and load pallets safely into vehicles. 
• Perform stretch wrapping and strapping of pallets before dispatch. 

Documentation & Stock Control

• Maintain daily inward, material issuance, and FG tracking records. 
• Update stock boards and WMS/system transactions accurately. 
• Support physical stock verification and report any mismatch or abnormality. 

Safety & 5S

• Follow warehouse safety rules, PPE requirements, SOPs, and work instructions. 
• Maintain 5S and safe material storage practices. 
• Report unsafe conditions, material damage, or operational abnormalities to the supervisor.
