Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming materials and shipments.
• Verify materials against invoices, delivery challans, and system records.
• Perform inward, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations.
• Pick materials according to customer orders and dispatch requirements.
• Conduct physical stock checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Support loading and unloading activities when required.
• Ensure proper handling and movement of materials within the warehouse.
• Identify damaged, missing, or mismatched materials and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse SOPs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other warehouse team members to complete daily targets.
