Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend Sales & Marketing operations and provide support to the front-line sales team.
• Generate and manage leads through computer-based/digital marketing.
• Ensure proper lead follow-up, updating, and coordination with the sales team and other departments.
• Share qualified and relevant leads with the front-line sales team.
• Handle incoming calls related to sales and marketing.
• Prepare client quotations and coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Provide Digital Marketing Support and maintain marketing-related data and reports.
