Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure smooth warehouse functioning.
• Ensure timely order processing as per defined SLA and TAT requirements.
• Monitor and achieve daily operational targets such as units/hour, lines/hour, and orders/day.
• Manage space utilisation, dock scheduling, and material flow for efficient warehouse operations.
• Allocate manpower across different warehouse activities based on workload and operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with transport, inventory, and operations teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Track operational performance and prepare daily productivity and dispatch reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S, and warehouse quality procedures.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to minimise delays, errors, and productivity gaps.
• Train and guide warehouse associates on operational processes, safety, and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate records related to inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
