Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inbound, receiving, sorting, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against assigned quantities and documents.
• Pick products accurately as per customer orders using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
• Pack and label products according to company standards to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Sort shipments based on destination, route, order type, and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure timely order processing and meet defined productivity, quality, and TAT/SLA targets.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods and ensure proper handling of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, 5S practices, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse and work areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Support cycle counting and stock verification activities when required.
