Key Responsibilities:

• Enter inbound and outbound shipment data into WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MIS tools accurately and on time.
• Update inventory records, including stock receipts, stock transfers, damage reports, and returns.
• Pack orders according to standard operating procedures — correct box size, padding material, and labelling.
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing; flag damaged or incorrect items to supervisors.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports in Excel for operations and management review.
• Arrange packed orders on dispatch racks sorted by route, zone,  or courier partner.
• Verify physical documents (GRN, invoice, delivery challan) against system entries and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with floor supervisors to capture real-time data on picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain records of attendance, overtime, and shift data for warehouse associates as required.
• Assist in generating shipping labels, manifests, and courier reports.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies.
• Support periodic audits with accurate data retrieval and report generation.
• Pick products from designated bin locations using handheld scanners or printed pick lists accurately and efficiently.
