B Football  is a grassroots football club founded over three years ago and one of the fastest-growing grassroots clubs in Bengaluru. We are a strongly community-driven club focused on  building conscious footballers. We run one centre today and are expanding aggressively.

THE ROLE
You will run the club day to day and drive its growth: keeping the current centre running smoothly while  leading sales and the rollout of new centres. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not just  manage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
    * Head day-to-day ground operations at the centre
    * Own customer relationships with parents and players
    * Track fee collections and manage invoicing
    * Plan and run community events 
    * Work with the social media team on content and campaigns
    * Bring new ideas to improve the club experience

Sales & Growth
   * Drive pre-season and in-season enrolments
   * Own overall revenue growth, including opening new centres
   * Define and execute the expansion strategy
