Bajrang Solar is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation and promoting our solar solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:
     * Identify and approach potential customers in the field.
     * Generate genuine solar leads and new customer enquiries.
     * Explain solar products and solutions to customers.
     * Conduct customer visits and regular follow-ups.
     * Convert leads into confirmed solar orders.
     * Achieve assigned sales targets and coordinate with the sales team.

💰 Salary + Performance-Based Incentives: In addition to the fixed salary, attractive performance-based incentives will be provided for generating leads, achieving sales targets and bringing confirmed customers/orders.
