Welding Trainee – Training & Internship Program

We are looking for who are interested in building a career in welding and technical operations. Selected candidates will undergo practical welding training followed by a 6-month internship, gaining valuable hands-on industrial experience.

Training & Internship

• Hands-on training in welding and technical skills
• Practical exposure to industrial work environments
• Training in workplace safety, discipline, and standard practices
• 6-month internship with hands-on industrial exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic welding and fabrication activities under supervision.
• Learn and operate welding tools, machines, and equipment safely.
• Assist in preparing, cutting, fitting, and joining metal components.
• Follow welding procedures, safety guidelines, and workplace standards.
• Inspect welds and components for basic quality requirements.
• Maintain proper handling and care of welding tools and equipment.
• Follow 5S, workplace safety, and industrial discipline practices.
• Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily production activities.
