This is a field-work position responsible for searching and identifying suitable new properties/locations for the expansion of new MedPlus stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for suitable commercial properties for new MedPlus stores.
• Visit different locations and identify potential properties.
• Coordinate with property owners and collect required property details.
• Conduct location and property surveys as per company requirements.
• Follow up with property owners and the internal team until the property evaluation process is completed.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3.25 per KM for local and outstation travel as per company policy.
• Outstation Expenses: Accommodation and food expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
• Property Incentive: ₹10,000 per successfully finalized/approved property, as per company policy.
• Working Hours: 8.30 hours per day, including lunch break.
