• Basic understanding of electronics and PCB manufacturing.
• Ability to operate SMT machines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow production, quality and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT machines as per production requirements.
• Perform PCB loading and unloading.
• Achieve assigned daily production targets.
• Perform basic machine and product inspection.
• Follow prescribed quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain proper workplace discipline and housekeeping.
• Report machine or product-related issues to the supervisor/manager.
