4. Working Hours & Shifts

• Working hours: 8 or 12 hours.
• Shifts: A / B / C.
• Overtime available as per production requirements.

5. Overtime Rates

• ₹131–₹133–₹137 per hour (double rate).

• The applicable rate depends on the candidate's qualification and category.

• After joining, 50% of the sleeper-class train or bus fare will be reimbursed directly to the candidate, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to assemble the parts of automotive.
• Operate production machines safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan and shift requirements.
• Check components during production and ensure that products meet specified quality standards.
• Identify defective parts, segregate rejected components, and inform the supervisor or quality team about abnormalities.
• Maintain cleanliness and workplace organization according to 5S standards.
• Perform routine operator-level checks and autonomous maintenance activities as per the checklist; report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Communicate production status, quality issues, machine abnormalities, and pending activities during shift changes.
