Responsibilities: -

• Assist skilled workers in masonry, concreting, plastering, shuttering, painting, and other construction activities.
• Load, unload, carry, and stack construction materials such as bricks, cement, sand, aggregates, and tools.
• Prepare and arrange materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the supervisor.
• Assist in mixing mortar, concrete, and other construction materials under supervision.
• Support site preparation, cleaning, debris removal, and housekeeping activities.
• Assist in shifting and positioning construction materials and equipment safely.
• Follow instructions given by the supervisor and coordinate with other site workers.
• Use basic hand tools safely and report damaged tools or unsafe conditions.
• Follow occupational health and safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
