Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance: Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine equipment checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Pump Maintenance: Inspect water pumps, circulation pumps, and drainage pumps for leaks, noise, and performance issues.
• Motor Maintenance: Check motor operation, bearings, alignment, and unusual vibration.
• HVAC Support: Assist with maintaining air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and ventilation systems.
• Chiller Maintenance: Assist with routine inspections of chillers and associated equipment, where assigned.
• Breakdown Repair: Identify mechanical faults and assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Pipe & Valve Inspection: Check pipelines, joints, valves, and fittings for leaks or damage.
• Equipment Inspection: Monitor temperature, pressure, vibration, and other operating readings as required.
