Key Responsibilities

• Battery Assembly: Assist in assembling battery packs and related components.
• Production Operations: Perform production tasks according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Battery Testing: Assist with basic testing and inspection of batteries and components.
• Electrical & Mechanical Work: Handle electrical and mechanical components safely under supervision.
• Quality Inspection: Identify defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Tools & Equipment: Use tools properly and keep the workstation and equipment in good condition.
• EV Battery Swapping: Learn battery-swapping station operations and safe battery handling, depending on the assigned department.
• Preventive Maintenance: Assist with routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain production records, inspection checklists, and other required reports.
• Safety Compliance: Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety rules.
• Team Coordination: Work with technicians, operators, and supervisors to meet daily production or operational targets.
