Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in high-volume recruitment across telecom, technical, operations, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Experience managing a team of 5–6 recruiters.
• Strong stakeholder management and recruitment delivery skills.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment MIS, compliance, and cost-effective hiring.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, technical, operational, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment MIS, and hiring performance reports.
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational standards.
