Head Coach is a senior-level sports professional responsible for leading a team, planning training sessions, improving players’ performance, and managing the overall coaching strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement training programs to improve players’ skills, fitness, and overall performance.
• Plan and execute game strategies, tactics, and match preparation.
• Supervise and guide assistant coaches and other coaching staff.
• Evaluate players’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Select players for matches, tournaments, and competitions based on their performance.
• Monitor players’ physical fitness, discipline, and professional development.
• Analyse opponents’ strengths and weaknesses to develop effective game plans.
• Conduct team meetings and motivate players to achieve their goals.
• Ensure player safety and maintain discipline while following sports rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with management, medical staff, and support teams to ensure effective team operations.
