Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in training athletes, developing sports skills, preparing for matches, and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting training sessions.
• Help players improve their sports skills, physical fitness, and overall performance.
• Support the Head Coach in developing game strategies and match plans.
• Monitor players’ progress and provide feedback to improve their performance.
• Assist in selecting players for matches, tournaments, and competitions.
• Maintain records of players’ attendance, fitness, and training performance.
• Motivate players and promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Assist in organizing practice matches, training camps, and sports events.
• Ensure players follow safety guidelines, training procedures, and sports rules.
• Coordinate with the Head Coach, players, and support staff to achieve team goals.
