Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve daily production targets while following work instructions.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain 5S standards and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure timely production, minimize material wastage, and maintain operational efficiency.
