Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to source and mobilize candidates for bulk hiring and blue-collar job requirements.
• Identify potential candidates through local networks, referrals, walk-in drives, and community outreach.
• Organize and manage on-ground recruitment activities and candidate mobilization drives.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, eligibility, experience, and location preferences.
• Explain job details, salary, working hours, work location, and employment benefits to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and selection processes with the recruitment team and clients.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and onboarding.
• Assist candidates with document collection, verification, and joining formalities.
