Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi and English.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in sales and marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential customers through field visits, market research, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
