• Oversee and ensure that the daily operations for the hospital food service delivery are delivered to the required standard as set out in the HMC SOPs
• Lead and Supervise a team of staff
• Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas in order to ensure the efficient service and meet HMC standards and report any defects using the HMC reporting process
• Ensure that all stocks are counted for and are sufficient for daily use for the operation
• Train and maintain personnel to ensure Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures are up to date
• Conduct daily briefing for all the staff
• Maintain and monitor weekly, monthly and annual reports including inventories of all the stocks and submit when required
