The client is looking to hire Restaurant Service Staff in Japan under the SSW program. Given below are the detailed requirements and process:
Position: Kitchen staff at hotel restaurant
Employment Type: Full Time Staff
Gross Salary:
● Bachelor's Degree Holder: 190,000 yen per month
● Non-Bachelor's Degree Holder: 183,200 yen per month
*Overtime pay is provided separately and calculated per minute.
*No change during the probationary period (6months). Salary is paid fully even during tOnce a Year
Salary Increment: Once a Year (Depends on the performance)
Bonus: Twice a Year (Depends on the performance)
Job Description:
● Cooking Position at Hotel Restaurants (Japanese or Western Cuisine)
● Tasks include preparation, cooking, plating, cleanup, hand washing kitchen utensils, preparing and storing dishes, cleaning, etc.
*After joining the company, you will gradually take on a wide range of responsibilities in the tasks mentioned above.
*Cleaning may include restrooms. It’s basically outsourced when it comes to restrooms for guests, but it may be in the everyday tasks to clean employees’ restrooms depending on the facilities.

Workplace: Assignment to one of their facilities around Japan
Working Conditions::
● Shift System
● 8 hours of actual work per day
● Average overtime: 20hours per month
○ Overtime payment is calculated hourly, increased 25% from that of designated working hour.
● Annual Holidays : 112 days
● Other (Holiday Regulations):
○ 10 days of paid annual leave (first year)

• Overall, the candidates have the potential of saving approximately INR 50,000/- to INR 60,000/- per month.

For FRESHER with No experiences, we are expecting followings:
● A diploma, degree, or certification in Hospitality Management, with a specialization in Culinary Arts, is preferred.
● Who are willing to learn Japanese full-time for Approx. 9 months (*until passing the necessary exams to obtain working visa in Japan)
NON- FRESHER who has experiences, we are expecting:
· who are currently employed in the restaurant or hotel industry, particularly in roles related to the culinary division.
Who are willing to learn Japanese full-time for approx.9 months.
● A diploma, degree, or certification in Hospitality Management, with a specialization in Culinary Arts, is preferred.
