5. Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
6. Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
7. Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
8. Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
9. Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
10. Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
11. Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced

Applicable visa - Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) (subclass 482) visa – This is a temporary skilled worker visa that permits a stay of up to 4 years.
Language proficiency requirements - For the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa, overseas workers must score at least IELTS 5.0 overall, and at least IELTS 5.0 in each individual component score.
Duration of employment contract – 4 years
Cost of Living per annum –
• For main applicant: AUD 21,045
• For Partner coming with applicant: AUD 7,362
• For a child coming with the applicant: AUD 3,152
The employer is responsible for paying the Assessment Agency Fee, Incidental Fee (fees for travel and visas), Medical Examination Fee, and Trade Test Fee (if applicable)
