Job Description:
● Working with Infra POC to solve for any Parking or space related issues
● Working with POD ops team to resolve any pickup related issues
● Calling DEs back to the POD and ensuring great efficiency metrics
● Figuring out key concerns of delivery partners and communicating to central ops team
● Ensuring good earnings for delivery partners available at the POD
● Communicating any inefficiencies observed on ground
● Creating a point of view on DEs attriting along with key reasons for the same
● Ensuring hygiene at the POD by regulating delivery partner behavior
● Working with central team to tackle attrition in specific geographies
● Highlight any delivery partner count related issues at a particular POD
● 10 PODs per OA and DE count will be decided based on geography.
