Job Description

· Expertise in Product IT Implementation in India (experience in Education is a strong Plus)

· Demonstrated expertise in Customer management at various levels

· Experience in Handling a team size of 5+ in the field

· Outstanding Communication Skills, Logical thinking & Analytical Skill.

· A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Travel within India and International travel as needed.

· Should have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & etc) and maintain project documentations.

· Should be a Quick learner of the products.

· Responsible for Product Training to the client and tracking the proper Utilization.
