Role & responsibilities
- Make high volume of inbound and outbound calls each day
- Maintain CRM records
- Handle both Pre-sales and After-sales service enquiries
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be confident and agile
- Have good command over English and Hindi Language
- Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil or Kannada is preferred but not mandatory
- Should have computer knowledge
- Should be highly customer centric
